The left girl is an alternative design of https://filly.fandom.com/wiki/Heart
And the right character is not from Filly, (but they look similar and they are claimed to be with Swarovski, just like Filly toys); it's Galupy by Craze, another toy brand that's selling in Germany; the name's Rainy, I believe (https://youtu.be/jRsNFd-NmaA).
