Princess Sparkle, sometimes titulated simply as Miss Sparkle, is the most central Filly Unicorn, both in terms of island of residence, how rare her toy is, and as the only entitled princess in Crystalia. She has a reputation for providing harmony to the Unicorn Fillies, and for hosting big parties once a month until the sun goes down. Whether this causes problems with party times in the winter months is not known.
Princess Sparkle lives in the tall tower in the center of Iridia, and is responsible for the magical crystal that grants Crystalia its rainbow bridges. Every day, she polishes and empowers it with her golden horn, sustaining the land's harmony.
She is said to like writing letters to her fellow unicorns, as well as simply walking around Crystalia, collecting a crystal if she finds one. Her tower even has a hidden chamber where she stores all the crystals she has found or has been gifted.
Filly Ballerina toy line's flyer is calling Sparkle 'prima ballerina', telling about her passion for dancing and dance parties. It is said that she and her friends found a previously hidden Swan Palace after going on an adventure.
Filly Ballerina introduced the second time when Sparkle was considered a special filly and the figurine of the collection. She was drawn in the newest style of Filly toy line but the design of her remains the same. In this version, Sparkle is wearing a tutu, just like the other ballerinas.
"Princess Sparkle lives in her glorious tower, from where she spreads harmony to all corners of Crystalia. Every month she hosts a big party where all the Filly visit her and dance until the sun goes down."

She is the principal of the Royal Magic Academy.

Sparkle is a supreme monarch of the Unicorn Kingdom, which is an awesome responsibility. She is also the Headmistress of the Magic Royal Academy, the heart of Funtasia!
Sparkle is still young and very beautiful, but she is also mature, kind, benevolent and astute enough to know that times are changing, even in their seemingly timeless, mystical world.

Sparkle is the headmistress of the Academy, wise, benevolent and fair. Along with her a group of teachers are responsible for the Fillys education in the most vast of subjects: spells, potions, history of magic, arts, astronomy, PE... and, most important of all: learning to master the powers the crystals provide.
